Our comprehensive suite of professional services caters to your specific needs. We specialize in planning, communication, and coordination of many types of events; anything from intimate showers to large weddings.
Planning Packages
- Personalized Vision Board
- Assist with selecting up to four vendors
- Assist with rental selection/ decor/ staging
- Create and develop timeline with vendors
- Up to three in person meetings for planning and coordinating
- Event site plan/ layout
- Upon commencement unlimited correspondence
Coordination Packages
- Complete coordination of day of up to 10 hours for weddings, 6 hours for intimate events
- Corresponding with vendors up to one month prior to the event
- Assist with working through timeline day of the event
- Check in all vendors and cultivate day of timeline for vendor team.
